Jet lag is a nuisance and it's dangerous. I hate it. 

But melatonin changed my life. Managing light exposure helps too. 

Traveling east? Choose morning light and evening melatonin. Traveling west? Choose evening light and morning melatonin.

Melatonin isn't available in all countries, so stock up when you are in one that sells it. To manage your light exposure, there are a few things you may want to get.
